Unlike a lot of cellulosic fabrics, Eucalyptus (Tencel) is produced using recyclable and Earth-friendly solvents. The sheet set is blended with BSCI cotton which helps create a comfortable, silk-like fabric that is luxuriously soft and highly breathable, allowing you to stay cool in summer and warm throughout winter. Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky furniture item. We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, freight costs will be incurred at your expense (between $75-$150 per item) and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note: There is no exchange or refund on quilts, mattress toppers & underlays, bedding & pillow protectors, and all pillows due to health and hygienic reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.
