Down is the soft and fluffy clusters that grow under the outer layer of geese to protect them from the cold. The higher the down content, the warmer and lighter the quilt will be. The feather component adds loft to the quilt allowing it to look and feel fuller, without weight. Each quilt has been especially de-dusted twice during the manufacturing process to improve its purification. They are then put through an extra wash to further improve the quality of the product, removing all impurities naturally inherited with down products and in turn leading to higher loft quilts, more breathability, and better natural warming properties.

Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky furniture item. We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, freight costs will be incurred at your expense (between $75-$150 per item) and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note: There is no exchange or refund on quilts, mattress toppers & underlays, bedding & pillow protectors, and all pillows due to health and hygienic reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.
