Before machine washing check that the blanket is stretched out, maintaining a rectangular shape and the controller(s) have been disconnected
Cold machine wash on wool or delicate cycle
Press water out while flat
Dry on stable clothesline without pegs
Do not iron, tumble dry or dry clean
Do not turn on blanket unless completely dry
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky furniture item. We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, freight costs will be incurred at your expense (between $75-$150 per item) and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note: There is no exchange or refund on quilts, mattress toppers & underlays, bedding & pillow protectors, and all pillows due to health and hygienic reasons, unless of course the product is faulty.
