What is the use of a flat sheet?
Flat sheets are meant to be placed on top of fitted sheets and offer a layer of protection for duvet covers and blankets. The flat sheet prevents body oil or dirt from getting onto the duvet cover by adding this protective layer to your bedding. This makes your bedding easier to maintain, as you won’t have to wash your duvet cover as often.
